CHOPSUEY..  is a combination of different kinds of vegetables, stir fry with meat, either chicken, pork, or seafoods. There are many ways of cooking chop suey. I'm gonna show you my version of cooking chop suey very simple, easy to make creamy and absolutely mouth watering.


you will need:

cauliflower

broccoli

cabbage

young corn

black wood ear

bell pepper

carrots

garlic

onion

salt

chicken breast

evaporated milk

black pepper 

chicken stock

 


1. cut the veggies into your desired shape

2. wash the chicken breast 

3. peel onion and chopped with garlic

4 heat oil in a pan, saute the meat to render the fat follow by onion and garlic

5.put salt to taste, black pepper

6 saute all the vegetables put chicken stock cover and simmer for 3 minutes

7. half can of evaporated lastly the cabbage simmer for 30 seconds and there you have it chop suey

So creamy and delicious because of milk, perfect partner with rice or simply

 by its own.
