There are multiple varieties of tomato, the fruit is berry thick  and fleshy with two or more segments , different shape and colors  usually red there are also yellow tomato, very small size are called cherry tomato.

Tomatoes are fruits  that are considered vegetables by nutritionist.

Tomatoes will provide anti inflammatory properties can be beneficial for heart and brain health.

A good source of potassium  and lowering elevated blood pressure, and preventing cardiovascular diseases. They can be served raw or stewed  and often used to make sauces.

Tomatoes is good for fighting cancer an antioxidant.

Just 1 cup of tomato sauce can contains 900 mg of potassium 

Tomatoes contain key carotenoids such as lutein and lycopene. 

It can protect the eyes against light induced damage.

Tomatoes loaded with vitamins and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, vitamin c, and vitamin a.

pumpkin cut of your choice

tomato

onion

garlic

sardines

any green leafy vegetable

salt

black pepper

oil

PREPARATION:

Heat oil in a pan

Saute garlic, onion, wait till onion softens follow by tomato until translucent

put sardines stir for a while follow by pumpkin 

Put some salt and black pepper to taste, add some water and cover till the pumpkin is almost cook.

Put some green leafy vegetables stir for a second and there you have it...

BOIL THE BROCCOLI IN TWO MINUTES IN BOILING WATER

SLICE  THE ONION IN FINE TEXTURED ALONG WITH THE BROCCOLI

BEAT THE EGG, PUT SOME SALT BLACK PEPPER AND GRATED CHEESE

COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS MIX TOGETHER

HERE'S HOW TO COOK..


PUT THE PORK MEAT INTO THE PAN, TO EXCESS OUT THE FAT

TAKE OUT THE MEAT, AND SAUTE THE INGRIDIENT..

ONION, GARLIC, TOMATO, SHRIMP PASTE,  RED AND GREEN CHILI FOLLOW BY THE MEAT

PUT SOME BLACK PEPPER, NO NEED TO ADD SALT BECAUSE OF THE SHRIMP PASTE SALTINESS

PUT THE COCONUT MILK, AND LET IT BOIL UNTIL THE JUICE IS ALMOST DRY
