what you need

1.sqauash, tomato, garlic, onion, green leafy vegetable, sardines, salt and pepper


preparation:

1. squash  peel off the matured skin and slice to a shape you want 

2. chopped onion, garlic tomato, green leafy vegetable of your choice

3. heat oil sautee onion, garlic, tomato

4. put sardines sautee in a minute next squash ,salt to taste pepper

5. cover and simmer till the squash is tender follow by your green leafy vegetable of your choice

 BIBINGKANG MALAGKIT


here is the easiest way how to cook bibingkang malagkit a traditional Filipino delicacies made with glutinous rice and coconut milk perfect partner with hot coffee..

here's you need

2 cups glutinous rice

1 cup brown sigar

2 cups coconut milk

a pinch of salt

1 can coconut cream

margarine


here's  the preparation.


cook the glutinous rice with 2 cups of coconut milk and a pinch of salt

set aside and platten  in a baking pan

caramelized coconut cream with brown sugar and margarine

pour over on a cooked rice and bake for 20 to 30 minutes  until you reach your desired color.

 Here's you need..

glutinous rice flour

water

sugar

oil

a dash of salt


How to do?


1. put some water into your glutinous rice flour, a pinch of salt, a 1 tbsp. of sugar if you like and formed into a dough..

2. form into a shape you want, poke fork into a dough to release some air so that when you fry it wont pop up..

3. heat oil in a frying pan and fry until golden brown, set aside

4. caramelized sugar into a frying pan and pour into the carioca balls.
