pumpkin cut of your choice
tomato
onion
garlic
sardines
any green leafy vegetable
salt
black pepper
oil
PREPARATION:
Heat oil in a pan
Saute garlic, onion, wait till onion softens follow by tomato until translucent
put sardines stir for a while follow by pumpkin
Put some salt and black pepper to taste, add some water and cover till the pumpkin is almost cook.
Put some green leafy vegetables stir for a second and there you have it...
