  • gulay na mais or ginisang mais is a popular dish among Filipino household healthy and easy to cook.
INGRIDIENTS

corn
pork meat
tomato
onion 
garlic
black pepper
salt to taste
chicken powder(optional)
any green leafy vegetables

PROCEDURE

sauted first the pork meat until became a little crispy into his oil
saute  the onion, garlic and tomato
add the corn put some black pepper and salt to taste
pour on broth if not available pour on water wait till the corn is totally cooked
lastly add the leafy vegetables.. and here it is you have now ..GINISANG MAIS

tip..if u want to make your corn more creaminess ..mash it with with your hand first to make the juice come out
