A good source of fibre and protein, calcium , iron , potassium  vitamins A ,C ,E, K,.

BROCCOLI  is an edible green plant in the cabbage family whose head is like a flowering stalk.

It can be eaten raw or cooked, but steaming is the best way ... here is one of the dish that you can follow to enjoy the broccoli with egg easy to do and simple ingredients  you will have the BROCCOLI OMELETTE..


YOU WILL NEED;

BROCCOLI

EGGS

SALT

BLACK PEPPER

ONION

CHEESE


 HERE'S HOW TO DO IT..


BOIL THE BROCCOLI IN TWO MINUTES IN BOILING WATER

SLICE  THE ONION IN FINE TEXTURED ALONG WITH THE BROCCOLI

BEAT THE EGG, PUT SOME SALT BLACK PEPPER AND GRATED CHEESE

COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS MIX TOGETHER

AND FRY IN  FRYING PAN...
