roselle
roselle is part of hibiscus family,,it is used for the production of bast fibre and as infusion known as carcade. roselle is commonly found in west nd east AFRICA , southeast ASIA and northeastern INDIA.
In INDIA, it is used for bast fibre made from stem, in UNITED STATES, EUROPE GERMANT, they used as food coloring. The green leaves are used liked spicy version of spinach. Roselle plant and flower are mainly used in cooking . In the PHILIPPINES the leaves and flowers are used to add sourness to the chicken in any other dishes like sinigang.
In VIETNAM, the leaves, stems, and fruits are used for cooking soups.
Roselle is popular in making jam, jellies, in beverage , making tea..some of the well known company sold roselle in making juices. In THAILAND it can be made into wine. In BURMA they used roselle in making preserved fruits such as jam.
In AUSTRALIA roselle is popular in making jam. Roselle tea is popular in ITALY.
In TANZANIA, roselle juice is brewed to make roselle wine. ROSELLE is popular all over the world.
It is rich and full of nutritional value such as vitamin c, potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, vitamin a, thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin. It is also good for the reduction of blood pressure. It is rich in antioxidant making it a healing juice to our body to protect and heals liver, to fight cancerous cell, to boost our immune system, to lower cholesterol level and fights againts bacteria and viruses.

RETURN TO THE POT, PUT SOME ONION AND WAIT TILL THE MEAT TENDER
ADD SOME SALT TO TASTE, FOLLOW THE ROSELLE FRUIT AND VEGETABLES
YOU WILL NOW HAVE.. PORK SINIGANG SA ROSELLE
